By purchasing, booking, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer:

• Astrology readings and reports (live and recorded)
   
• Yoga classes (in-person and virtual)
   
• Wellness resources, workshops, and events
   

These services are for informational, educational, and self-development purposes only and are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase our services, unless with written parental consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You agree to provide accurate personal and birth data for astrology services.
   
• For yoga services, you agree to practice mindfully and consult your physician before starting if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.
   
• You assume full responsibility for your physical well-being during yoga sessions.
   

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in rare cases of cancellation by us or technical errors.
   
• If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least a 48 hours notice.
   

• You may reschedule your session once with sufficient 48 hours notice.
   
• If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be forfeited.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. If that occurs, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
   

All content we provide — including reports, recordings, guides, and class materials — is owned by L.O.L.A lessons of light astrology LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or share any materials without written permission.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. You acknowledge that:

• Astrology is a spiritual and interpretive tool
   
• Yoga involves physical movement and carries a risk of injury. You agree to participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
   

We are not liable for any outcomes or decisions you make based on our services.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.O.L.A lessons of light astrology LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or website. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or expenses resulting from your participation.
